If requested, linen and towels can be provided; this service is included in the rent.
You can invite guests if you please. However, you are not allowed to let anybody else live with you nor can you sublet the apartment out. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
During the time of your stay, the landlord is entitled to carry out any neccessary maintenance. This service is paid by the landlord. Any damage to the apartment or the furniture will be charged to your account and deducted from the deposit.
Monthly Rents [>30 days]. The rent must be paid by the 5th day of each month. If the rent is overdue you risk having your rental agreement cancelled.
The deposit corresponds to an ordinary monthly rent. It will be used to pay the last ordinary monthly rent or refunded when the premises are vacated and the apartment returns in its original condition.
Short Lets [1-29 days]. The deposit is 25% of the total amount.
Your reservation will only be confirmed once we have received the deposit.
Cancellation. In case of cancellation within 15 days from the day of arrival the deposit will be fully reimbursed. For cancellation within 14 - 6 days, 50% of the deposit will be reimbursed. For cancellation within 5 - 0 days or for a no show, the deposit will NOT be reimbursed. Postal charges will be deducted from the deposit. The apartment will be considered vacant from the day after.
